Dr. Marshall and her staff are incredible! I hadn’t been to the dentist in years because of a very traumatic experience. She and her staff completely changed that for me. I have had 3 appoints in the past month and actually looking forward to my appt next month for a filling. That’s how incredible she is! I am very scared of dentists because of bad experiences in the past, but this place was amazing!! Dr. Marshall and her staff were welcoming and make sure you feel comfortable. I had a really great experience with Dr. Marshall at DC Dental Studio. She and the staff were so nice and welcoming, and the office is clean, cute, and comfortable. Dr. Marshall took the time to explain everything thoroughly, including what to expect and the costs upfront. I really appreciated that because I knew exactly what was going on and there were no surprises. She’s very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I also love that it’s Black-owned and conveniently located within walking distance of Fort Totten Metro. I had an incredible at Dr. Marshall’s practice. My appointment started right on time, and the office is absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed, impeccably clean, and clearly created with patient comfort in mind. Dr. Marshall was friendly, thorough, and took the time to explain everything during my exam and cleaning. Even the X-rays were quick, efficient, and surprisingly comfortable. Dr. Marshall was very thorough in her assessment and treatment! I had 6 appointments with her over 3 months, dealing with several fillings and new crowns, and everything went great! She and her staff are super professional and very nice! She explained each procedure in detail, and her front desk staff was extremely helpful in explaining the insurance coverage. I had a great experience with the office and Dr. Marshall. Every staff member was polite and on top of things. It was very clean. I love Dr. Marshall. She was great in my appointment, but she really goes above and beyond for her patients, even after. I got a call from the office on my drive home about something for an upcoming appointment, and was stunned it wasn’t the front desk staff or an assistant calling, it was Dr. Marshall herself! I’ve never had a provider call me before about something they can brush off to other staff, so it really meant a lot. Also glad to see another dental office in Ward 5. My first experience  withDC Dental Studio was exceptional. The staff was welcoming and professional. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to dental procedures. Dr. Marshall listened to my journey with empathy and performed my evaluation and cleaning with care. She put me at ease, which is a Herculean feat. Such a wonderful experience.  So nice professional and prompt.  Couldn't have asked for a better dentist.  DR. Marshall gave me pertinent and comprehensive advice on my teeth and performed two extraction.  The procedure was painless and She was wonderful thru her follow ups and post op directions. First time visiting DC Dental Studio and Dr. Marshall, and I was very pleased with how my routine oral cleaning appointment went. I was thrilled to learn that a new dental practice was opening in the neighborhood, and even more thrilled to have such wonderful experiences there. I've been doing Invisalign with Dr. Marshall, and she's been so patient and communicative throughout (even answering questions about attachments on weekends!). Dr. Marshall is the most skilled and efficient dentist I’ve ever been to. Her practice is very modern and clean and it always has great energy when u walk in. The massaging dental chairs and warm face towel after my appointment was an extra touch of care I haven’t had before, I highly recommend to go to her.
